Army v. UCONN - Tailgate Party

The West Point Society of Connecticut, the Army Football Club and the West Point Parents Club of Connecticut are pleased to invite you to our tailgate party on Saturday, Sept 12th to support Army football in another victory over the UCONN Huskies!

We are fortunate to have generous support from Pratt and Whitney which has provided us the use of their nearby hangar facility for our tailgate. The facility is only 1,000 meters from the stadium and will also accommodate ample parking for all guests.

Date & Time: Saturday, September 12th, 2015, beginning 9 am and lasting until kickoff. Kickoff time is tentatively scheduled for 12:00 noon.

Location: Pratt & Whitney Hangar, 482 Airport Ave. East Hartford, CT 06118

Tentative Schedule of Events:

09:00 am Tailgate Party begins with BBQ and Live Music

10:30 am Welcoming Remarks and Introduction of Guests and Donors

10:40 am Superintendent LTG Caslen’s remarks

10:45 am Rabble Rousers and Spirit Band performance

10:55 am Raffle Drawing

11:30 pm Move to Stadium seats

Registration Costs:

Adults: $35 per person

Military: $25 per person (including Cadets and Army Football Club members)

Children (age 5 - 12): $15 per person (ages under 5 - no charge)

Football Tickets: Available through the Army ticket office at $35 each. Our group # is 200.
